the other / commands (/playerlist, /help etc) haven't been working for me lately... :S

thats right, all mods aren't working since the update

/kill is a built in to minecraft one tho

My log-in keeps timing out. There's also a new update out so I don't know if it's because of that. I haven't updated my client yet.

the new update just removes the april fools chests, I don't think you need to worry about it.
I think it's Bukkit's fault rather than minecrafts but the server keeps overloading and coming up with java errors.

It's back up now, but when it does go down (and it does) theres not much I can do except let it sort itself out. It tends to come back after 10-15 minutes. Problems not at your end.

feltch, are you running any mods on your minecraft? i'v read about people getting bad performance from badly written mods thats all. if you are, try with just the default minecraft, no mods and see if its any better

I'm just running the frenden texture pack. I might just do a full re-install of everything minecraft. The map is pretty large and I am half way across the world so it's probably just plain old lag.

well it only loads the chunks that are in use so it shouldn't matter any more than it did on the old server, but texture packs definitely aren't the source of your woes

It's strange. I didn't have any problems on the old map and my internet has improved since then too.

Anyway, I did a count of my iron. I have over 500 ingots so everybody please feel free to take some.

btw i think i've found a place i would like to call home.... however, i noticed when i was looking on the map it's right by lee's place, and i dont know your boundaries lee!

actually, i've looked beyond a bit and i might quite like to bugger off in the way of that arrow.. not sure. but either way, dont feel bad about saying no if you've made plans and would rather i didn't move into that mountain!

jack then moved north of it i think. in the next map that i load up (should be lunch time) you'll be able to see where he is
