In-fucking-credible, didn't see a bad band the whole weekend, and the people are just plain awesome. The first day during streetlight some random guy i'd never met let me drink his beer.

Also i'm sure the singer from the filaments said they were going to have another go at being a band and were going to record a new album.

I'm definatly going back next year, worth every penny.

I'm going to make a positive effort to get there next year. The trouble is that I get so tired and my feet really hurt at the end of it. I'd need a whole week off afterwards.

Pink Hearse are a punk band from around the Blackpool/Fleetwood area. It used to be an all female group but their lead guitarist left and they replaced her with a guy. They do some alright stuff. I especially like their cover of that Rocky Horror number, Touch-a Touch-a Touch Me.

Theyve ditched the guy and replaced him with the original female member. They never made a very good impression on me, each to there own though. The sound probably never helped. At some points over the weekend it was well sketchy. The Skints suffered with poor sound

They had sound problems last year too I beleive. A constant mains hum that the engineers just didn't bother sorting out. I must admit that I thought Pink Hearse were great the first time I saw them but they just seem to get less professional each time.

Oh one other thing for anyone that went this year. Streetlight should have headlined easily, everyone was mad for it great atmosphere then the king blues came on and sucked the life out of the room with an opener of what if punk rock never happend. any opinions?

I wouldn't go as far as to say they sucked the life out of it, but i completely agree that Streetlight should've headlined, they were better in every way.

I was also completely blown away by Catch 22, wasn't expecting them to be as good as they were.

Catch exceeded all expectations. They played an amazing setlist. Not bad for a carpark as a venue
