The speed limit on the broads is only about 5mph, they have police and cameras and everything.

it was tied to a theregister article (link) that was explaining that the police are closing in on him. They already have the guy who took the video agreeing to give evidence in court and have found the owners of the barge and stuff. The guy is due a £1,000 fine for breaking the speed limit and £1,000 for wreckless driving
