Re: The return of the funny pictures thread!
* Abolish the "Human Rights Act" which has been imposed on this country through the European Union, and which is nothing but an excuse to prevent British laws stopping the scroungers of the world parasiting off this nation.
* Abolish "anti-discrimination" laws which prevent people from making a free choice.
* Abolish all restrictions on traditional free speech; common law provisions against incitement to violence are the only proper limits in a free society.
* Reject ID cards, intrusive surveillance and the retention of DNA samples of the innocent.
* Introduce an English parliament within the United Kingdom.
* Introduce citizen-initiated referenda whose outcome is binding on Parliament.
Haha I wonder who's policy this is?

Lee clearly voted for that one, hence the 25% bnp.

Re: The return of the funny pictures thread!
nah, it was the welfare one, i knew it was bnp when i was clicking it, but they seemed to be focussing their policies on stricter regulations for councils in what they are allowed to do with council housing. selling off and subleasing council housing is something i am very strongly against. i am also generally against any kind of system that grants councils with more power, councils are small enough to get away with all kinds of undemocratic and unlawful bollocks that a centralised government can't.
For example, do you think a government head would even attempt restructuring the government to illegally making himself redundant under the promise of a £45,000 a year retirement? how about selling off council housing to a 3rd party ran by a friend for less than it's regular annual income?
Even when the local papers did find out about it, it got a small article on page 7 or 8 and that was all. From my experience, having worked for an intentionally unnamed council and the homeoffice, the homeoffice is much more incompetent, but councils are much more corrupt.

75% Conservative
25% Labour
I must admit that I got bored even after only selecting four topics.

I got linked to the vote for policies thing a little while back and I can't remember the percentages but I got Lib Dem and Green with UKIP on the NHS or Welfare (dunno which)
Seriously, who the fuck thinks that the Human Rights Act is a bad thing?

Re: The return of the funny pictures thread!
the conservatives plan to replace it with a watered down version, and labour have been eroding the hell out of it already, so pretty much anyone that wishes to profit from it's absence.
