Yeah, like 'Civ 4' for example. I had to write it in twice. I also had a topic about yo-yos, which had to be typed in twice.

speaking of the civ 4 thing we should do more stuff like that. like online activities/events (whatever), the fantasy league is another good example

I'd love a team fortress game, but I only have classic, and thats at my parents house, however I could install it... and i'd want to get a mouse.

get the new one its like £7... and we already play it, if we make a contact mega list of steam/xbox live account names and just add every one. I wouldnt start a game of tf2 on my own but when i see lee playing it I quite often join in.

This place needs a good old cleanup.

There's a lot of topics talking about exactly the same topic on here. Although there's some instances where a duplicate topic has been locked straight away, in most cases multiple topics have crept in, and it makes it all very confusing.

In the Entertainment forum, there are SEVEN topics about Computer Games. Surely all this talk can happen in just the one thread? Or if it's really that popular, stick everything computer game related into it's own sub-forum??

we got rid of down repping because it was being abused by a party that shall remain nameless. if you aren't getting rep, it's likely because you don't deserve any

compare how much bobby's rep has gone up over the last few weeks, now compare it to ricky h's.

steff, if you look in some of the threads then youll see that theres a lot of people whove been down repped for no reason, theres a few pages where people have just down repped everyone on the page.

Another flaw of the current method is that if someone posts a huge amount more than someone else they will probably slowly build up rep even if they get 90% negative votes, while someone who only posts a few TOTALLY AWESOME YEEEEEEAAAAAAHHHHH posts will look much less cool.

but I can deal with not having it back if that's what everyone else thinks is still better, because I am not the "a party that shall remain nameless" party.

why do any of you think a karma system would work, did any of you new registers honestaly look at our +/- score befor desiding if our posts wer worth reading? it was novel, we enjoyed it, we got used to it, it might as well go now

how cool or otherwise ellie is or is not, is irelevant. The point is you undermine your own argument, you say reps should just be used to highlight good posts yet you use them randomly yourself.
