AAAARRRRHHH I'm in so much pain, but it is well worth the beatings. That was a jolly good day I'm preparing myself for a lot of bruises to appear in the next few hours!

It was so good to see Capdown again, not the best I've seen them but that might be because they've been out of it for three years. I think my highlight was Skindred, they were well good! And Random Hand, haven't seen them for a while and they were awesomes! I missed all of the Skints except the last song, I heard a bit from outside That'll teach me to leave the flat late... Was it just me or that Me vs Hero band really out of place on the vans stage? There was a big increase on the amount of fringes when they played

The whole dry bar thing wasn't that bad actually, I think I would have been a complete mess today if I was drinking... managed one pint while I aimlessly walked around...

Twas good meeting you therur! I think I stopped myself doing the whole 'we're from the internets thing' quite well... Don't know if you noticed but I had a slight mental block when I tried to remember what your real name was (I checked it on last.fm )... Oh and nice to meet Katie and Rich too, even if was very briefly, good to put faces to names

Seeing the skints twice in two days really has made me realise they're one of my favourite bands live.

Slam dunk was amazing, the skints - awesome, random hand - awesome, rolo tomassi - amazing in a really scary way, what i saw of blackhole makes me wish i'd seen the full set, your demise - insane,skindred - probably the band of the day, capdown - worth every bit of hype.

What i saw of rx bandits was really good too, although it wasn't cool to see such a low turn out. Twas awesome meeting memma, lightowler and ellie too
