i have a flute downstairs but i have no idea how to use it, i can get sund out of it but don't know hwo to hold it or anything, i would learn but my sax is arriving today and i don't want to confuse myself

Flutes quite easy to play! Once you get the hang of it!
If you can play sax or clarinet or anything flute should come easy :]

Actually they do bust a flute out at times in the live set, not sure if its on the record or not.

You're not wrong. The girl (is it Marcie??) played, at various points, a sax, a flute and a melodica I believe. Multi-talented indeed!

so the flute is the same positions as sax? is it like a sax and that thumb button is an octave key clarinet where it's just up by a certain interval? i want to mess around on the flute when i have spare minutes away from learning sax but only if it's not going to confuse me
