What do you play?

I play the bass. I play a metallic purple fender p-bass type thing that looks like this:



I play it through this lovely (HEAVY) stack.




How about you?

I don't play anything. I have no rythm, no great voice and no co-ordination. That's why I promote gigs, small-time.

I hit things, I progrramme things, and I used to blow into metal horns

I play a Trevor J James Classic tenor sax:

It works using a clever system of elastic bands. Oh yes.

thats relevant - keyboards, tenor sax.. & drums very ineptly (worse since my mate nicked my bass skin, snare, snare stand, & broke my sticks... challenge!)

i play bassssss, i have a warwick rockbass corvette (active) and a vintage somethingsomething 5 string which is also active (which you can see in my avatar). they're both under 300quid but they're a actually really really good!

i only have a small 60w amp at the moment but use my guitarists marshal 350watt thing for gigs, though i'd prefer an ashdown stack if i had the money! edit: it's a bass amp not a guitar amp, he plays bass too


i also play a medium guage trombone with a trigger (muahaha no 6/7th position for meee)

also play a bit of guitar just so i can write songs for band

also play a bit of drums because it helps me come up with bass riffs lol

I've got a beautiful Yamaha Xeno 8335R trumpet with reverse lead pipe and I usually play live gigs with a 16C4 custom mouthpiece.

I don't have a photo which really shows off its true beauty, I'm usually puffing on the end looking all sweaty and shite, but it essentially it's just a bunch of wee silver pipes mashed together
