    Yeah, I know. Been along while since we've been there. I think it was 2004, since we were at the Night & Day Cafe with King Django, Zen Baseball Bat and APB. Great Monday night it was.

    Looking forward to getting back there. Anyone know what the Deaf Institute is like? I thought it was a wind up at first!

    It's a Trof bar, a chain of student bars, but this one is run like a venue. See, it actually used to be a Deaf Institute so they've kept the brick work that says Deaf Institute.
    I've never been inside it, but walked passed it loads as it's next door to the cheapest off-licence in Manchester.

    Huge thanks to everyone who came to see us at Mersea Island and Bingley Music Live. We had a fantasitc time at both.

    We are delighted to say we have a host of favourite UK bands, DJs and sound systems joining us on the first leg of our UK tour, including; the return of legendary ska/rap/funk outfit Maroon Town, DJ Wrongtom (best known for his work with Hard Fi & recent killer Roots Manuva dubs), the mighty Axis Sound System, Do The Dog's Jimmy the Squirrel, Funkdub DJs, Urban Roots Sound System, the old school ska & rocksteady stylings of Erin Bardwell Collective, Springline Jamaica's latest signing Hassle and loads more. It's going to be fantastic, hope you'll be able to make it to a show or two? Please spread the word.

    Pama Intl's line up for this tour includes mainstays Sean Flowerdew and Finny (Loafers, Special Beat), Dready D (African Headcharge), Lenny Bignell (Acid Jazz soulsters Lord Large) and Andi McClean (U Roy, Gregory Isaacs, Frankie Paul). Lyvnal Golding (The Specials) will be joining the band at Poole, Birmingham and Bristol, inbetween tour duties with The Specials.
