You only have 10 votes a day. So i guess if you voted 10 times, the buttons could have gone.

Plus, Feltch has voted 5 topics up/down so i don't think that's the case. Do you possibly get 1 vote per 5 posts? Either way Cool-O-Meter is a bit misleading when the only sure-fire way to get a positive score is to be a complete sycophant... you prick

I altered the settings so you can have as many as you want, i think.

Another thing was that it was set so that if you had minus reputation, you couldn't vote. I changed that too. Let the popularity contest continue.
