Apparently some folk have been having trouble signing up?

I've adjusted the signup details now, so that accounts don't require email activation. Apparently a lot of people have tried to signed up and having been getting emails. Strange. Anyway, if people want to let people know that it should be safe to sign up now.

Will that not open the floodgates for spammers? Or is there still some anti-spam stuff in place?

It all just went a bit weird and i had reports of people signing up but not getting the email. If we get a ton of spammers i'll just have to set it so that people have to be approved by a mod, just like the masons.

Spammers are usually good for the lulz anyway.

if they spam we'll just mark them down on the steve cool thing!!! then they'll stop

Just found about 10 users who hadn't recieved emails, manually activated them. If anyone knows anyone who was having this issue, let them know it's sorted
