What to do?

Ok so pretend you are me for a bit.
You get home from college to two emails from 2 bands saying they have to pull out of the gig in 3 days.
Do you:
a) Cancel the gig
b) Look desperatly for 2 bands to cover the ones that have pulled out
c) carry on with just 2 bands, even though you have the venue for 5 hours.
d) something else

Ah, shiiit. Depends i guess on whether those bands were bringing gear/lots of folks to watch them?

I'd just replace them last minute, seems a shame for the other bands who can still play.

Yeah that's what I'm trying to do, I've already emailed a few asking if they can stand in.
The good thing is most people are coming to see either Sensisoundhouse or Senor billice: the bands that are still playing. It's just really hard to find replacments (It was hard enough to find 4 bands to start with! everyone is busy!)

put make it better later and mike foster on the bill! or convince a mate that he really wants to try a solo acoustic band, we may have done this a reasonable amount of times in the past

Do the gig, dude. If the punters are cool they'd understand. Take your iPod or whatever along and just play that for a bit in between the sets.
