Be part of Team Review!

Yo! Thought about the best way to sort out a reviews forum, and i figure we'll have a group of willing individuals, prepared to write up and post reviews on the forums. This way we can keep a high standard and quality of reviews.

It'd be nice if we could have people representing different areas of the country, so as to attempt to fully cover the spectrum of UK happenings. This includes local gigs/touring bands as well as CD/Demo reviews.

If anyone is genuinely up for contributing, let it be known At the moment it will only be members of Team Review! that will be able to start topics in here (as well as admins and mods, obviously).

Al is king of team review. He didn't even get a choice in the matter.

I'm gonna try and sort some, been ages since i've done any.

Er, I guess I could do some for Glasgow/Aberdeen? I can't say my grip on the complexities of the English language is exceptional, and I might sometimes get a bit too drunk to remember exactly every song that was played in each set and I'm not really the funniest writer ever, but I could still contribute maybe?

I wouldn't mind doing a few for Glasgow, I've generally been doing 2-4 gigs a week lately so might as well write about them!

i'll happily review the new paramore album when it comes out, although it's not ska, i know i'll have in on constant rotation... haha

bot no seriously i would be rubbish at reviews i think. i don't think i could appreciate and analyse all the aspects of a bands performance, and if i enjoy them playing all i'll be thinking is "yeyyy!" haha

I'll do one for SB6/RH this Friday in Nottingham. I want to earn the respect worthy of a green name. Ooooh yeeeah.

im up for reviewing cds and any gigs i manage to get myself to in the newcastle area, although there does seem to be a lack of ska gigs over here
