That gig has an amazing line up.

I'm Mat, I live kind of near York and you'll find me at most of the ska shows in Leeds/York. I play guitar and sing in a band called Jermz, who has only just myspace'd ourselves - www.myspace.com/jermzska The dream is to play some shows this summer once college is out the way.

I'm a sucker for the brightest, happiest, bounciest third wave ska they make, some ofmy favourite bands at the moment are Imperial Leisure, JB Conspiracy and Streetlight Manifesto.

I intend to post more and lurk less here than I did on the skacommunity forums.

The recordings well don't reflect how mint you are! Post your tour dates up in gigs/tours, innit!

Ahh nice one for the kind words man, them recordings are like a year old with our old drummer, dont know why people book us to be honest haha. yeh ill get the tour dates posted up on the calender, need to start at thread about it too because we still need 4 more dates and could do with some help!

Im sure you can guess my name by my highly imaginative username... Im 20, live in Leeds etc.

I used to play bass for a band called One Less Beer back in't day, we managed to blag some gigs with some decent bands at one point =] www.myspace.com/onelessbeer if you want to have a quick listen. We split up due to everyone fecking off to uni... bad times....

I play in a professional 11 piece soul band at the mo, its no where near as fun as playing the old ska gigs though =[ Im pretty out of touch with the scene so i'll be keeping my eye out for any new bands!

Wouldnt mind getting back into the scene at some point - would love an OLB reunion so we could focus on it properly without being 16, drunk and most likely narcotic fuelled!

I'm Andy. Used to live in Luton, where I put on gigs with two others called DTA Promotions. Now I live in Nottingham. Itching to get back into gig promotion but I'd rather work for a venue now instead of independently. Currently wasting my life away working in retail... long tings. I have no musical talent to speak of, other than loving ska. Although I do a damn good air guitar.

Hi, I'm dave and im a ska-kaholic.

I play drums, programme and write lyrics for York band comply or die. we need brass. and a new bassist but i will post about that in the right forum at some point.

I love Sonic boom6, random hand, king prawn, la tremnda korte, los fabulosas cadilacs, the toasters, toots, and pretty much anything interesting and original.

I also love industrial music and have my own little project in tah field but thats kind of defunct as my singer moved away and i dnt want to sing again.

thanks that means a lot, spesh as our singer was rubbish sunday due to being violently ungover, he was sick bout 30secs before we wenrt on lol.

kinda in a strange place at moment, just getting our act abck together tightness wise after old bassist left. at moment our guitarist is the one playing bass while we find new one lol

Its not very hard to get to and from York from Leeds Lee you should totally go for it.

our guitarist (temp basisit) was living in saltaire for 6months of our existance tbf lol. i cant type or be bothered corecting my mistakes hmm.
