Today, Lord Feltchington got three DVDs. That Total Recall DVD is well worth more than a quid, Lee. Those guys who quoted you must be bastards.

YAYYYYY, i had considered that putting Lord Feltchington as the name could cause problems but then I figured that it wouldn't be me that suffered should such a predicament occur and did it anyway!

I know it's worth more, but i'd rather the dvds go to someone who'll enjoy them rather than some bastard shop that'll mark it up to a tenner and sell it, thats why all of the dvds are so underpriced.

Yeah but...whats the point? Over time everyone gets to know eachother organically...I dunno I'm not down with this whole reps thing to be honest, I don't see the point. I never rep people when I like what they've got to say, I just say yeah or whatever...and when I know someone is cool, I know they are cool.

This issue has been discussed extensively so it's staying and there's nothing you can do about it. Here, have a pointless rep point for no reason at all.

Fletchedit: I repped you up by the way. I don't know who it was who negrepped you.

My mother brought round some contact lenses today since my letter box is too small for them to be posted to me. She was appalled at the state of my flat...hahaha

My Set Your Goals vinyl arrived this morning. But i missed the postman. Gay. When did they change the picking up from the post office time to 48 hours rather than 24? Lame!

I also got an electricity bill for 180 quid BUT a gas bill which said they overcharged us 100 quid so that's being credited towards the leccy bill. Mint.

I see alot of people on these forums using this word as an expression of negative feeling.

Not for me to judge but I would suggest, as I do to everyone, that people consider the implications of doing this.

Before anyone accuses me of coming across like some hippy PC government watchdog, let me say that I know its just lighthearted / trivial here (some may try to claim ironic...I call BS on that). However, homophobic violence, ostracization etc. takes root from many causes, some of which may appear insignificant.

Regardless of what kind of person you actually are, words send out a message, and collectively there is a ripple effect.

I don't want to hijack this thread but I felt it was time to say a few words if you don't mind...thanks for reading guys if you did.

many a time i've had to argue with the postal service. I once went 48 hours later (delivery attempt on a saturday) and they tried to argue that 48 hours was opening hours. they didn't understand when i tried to explain that would mean come back in a week since they're only open 6 hours a day. to be honest, i know they didn't believe what they were telling me, they just needed some explanation as to why my parcel was missing
